1、 Overview of guarantee
Suixi energy company plans to invest in the construction of phase II 50mwp photovoltaic power generation project of guantian reservoir in Suixi County, Guangdong Province, equipped with a set of 5MW / 5mwh energy storage system, with a total investment of 228442300 yuan. In order to promote the investment and construction of the project, Suixi energy company plans to apply to financial institutions for a loan of no more than 18104056 million yuan. The company plans to provide construction guarantee for the financing of the project for a period of no more than 6 months (from the date of loan processing, the actual period shall be subject to the contract), and adopt the form of joint and several liability guarantee. At the same time, the pledge guarantee of electricity charge right is adopted during the operation period of the project.
