Angel Yeast Co.Ltd(600298) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the term of office of the eighth board of supervisors is about to expire. In order to ensure the normal operation of the board of supervisors, the board of supervisors of the company will conduct a general election. According to the company law, the articles of association and other relevant provisions, the board of supervisors of the company is composed of three supervisors, one of whom is the employee representative supervisor, which is elected by the employee congress of the company.
On March 25, 2022, the company organized and held a staff congress to review the candidates for the staff supervisors of the ninth board of supervisors.
