Angel Yeast Co.Ltd(600298) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the term of office of the eighth board of directors expires on April 23, 2022. The company carries out the general election in accordance with the company law, the articles of association and other relevant provisions. The general election of the board of directors is hereby announced as follows:
The ninth board of directors of the company will be composed of 11 directors, including 5 non independent directors and 6 independent directors. The nomination committee of the board of directors reviewed the qualifications of the candidates of the 8th board of directors. The company held the 39th meeting of the 8th board of directors on March 25, 2022 and considered and adopted the proposal on nominating candidates for non independent directors of the 9th board of directors and the proposal on nominating candidates for independent directors of the 9th board of directors of the company. According to the review and recommendations of the nomination committee of the board of directors, it is proposed to nominate 11 candidates for the ninth board of directors of the company, including Xiong Tao, Xiao Minghua, Zhou Lin, Zheng Nian, Wang Xishan, sun Yanping, Jiang chunqian, Liu Xinguang, Tu Juan, modman and Cheng chi (see the appendix for the resume of the candidates for directors), of which 6 candidates for independent directors are sun Yanping, Jiang chunqian, Liu Xinguang, Tu Juan, modman and Cheng Chi.
