Anhui Zhongyuan New Materials Co.Ltd(603527) founded in April 2005, it mainly focuses on the R & D, production and sales of copper sector, strip and foil series products. It is one of the major enterprises in China’s copper sector, strip and foil industry. Its business scope is: production, processing and sales of non-ferrous metal strip and foil; Processing and sales of non-ferrous metal materials; Self operated and acting as an agent for the import and export of various commodities and technologies (except for the commodities and technologies restricted or prohibited by the state). The company made its initial public offering in September 2017 and was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. There are three sets of bag type dust collectors, which operate stably and well, and the waste gas is discharged up to the standard. There are nine sets of oil mist purification devices, which operate stably and well, and the waste gas after oil mist purification meets the standard. At present, Yongjie copper has built a sewage treatment station (including a set of waste emulsion treatment facilities) and a set of domestic sewage treatment facilities, and the treatment effect is stable and up to standard. Two sets of oil mist purification devices are built, which operate stably and well, and the waste gas is discharged up to the standard after oil mist purification.

Other subsidiaries of the company earnestly implemented national energy and environmental protection laws and regulations and relevant industrial policies in their daily production and operation, and there was no punishment for violation of laws and regulations during the reporting period.
