Guangzhou Haige Communications Group Incorporated Company(002465) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) implemented the project of issuing shares, paying cash to purchase assets and raising supporting funds and related party transactions in 2017 (hereinafter referred to as “the reorganization”), Gf Securities Co.Ltd(000776) (hereinafter referred to as ” Gf Securities Co.Ltd(000776) “) served as an independent financial adviser. Recently, the company received Gf Securities Co.Ltd(000776) notice on Guangzhou Haige Communications Group Incorporated Company(002465) changing the sponsor of the financial advisor. Ms. Yin Yue, the former sponsor of the company’s continuous supervision of the financial advisor, is no longer responsible for the continuous supervision of the company’s restructuring due to job changes, and Gf Securities Co.Ltd(000776) has authorized Mr. Guo Siqi to take over as the sponsor of the financial advisor of the company’s restructuring.
