1. Xinjiang Tianshan Cement Co.Ltd(000877) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) sent the notice of convening the third meeting of the eighth board of supervisors in writing and e-mail on March 17, 2022.
2. The third meeting of the eighth board of supervisors of the company was held by means of communication on March 25, 2022.
3. Five supervisors should attend the meeting and five actually attended. The meeting issued 5 votes and withdrew 5 votes.
4. The meeting shall be held in accordance with relevant laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, normative documents and the articles of association.
