1、 Basic information of raised funds
With the approval of the reply on approving Gree Real Estate Co.Ltd(600185) non-public shares issued by China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as “CSRC”) (zjxk [2016] No. 244), the company issued 442477876 shares of RMB common shares (A shares) in non-public offering, with a total raised capital of 29999999928 yuan, after deducting the issuance expenses of 6059247787 yuan, The net amount of funds raised in this offering is 293940752141 yuan. The raised funds were put in place on July 29, 2016.
