1、 Opinion on the renewal of KPMG’s audit firm in 2022
KPMG Huazhen Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) has the corresponding qualification and competence to engage in the audit business of listed companies. During the period of serving as the audit institution of the company in 2021 and conducting various special audits and financial statements audits, KPMG Huazhen Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) was responsible, diligent and dutiful, complied with the independence requirements of relevant laws and regulations, and fairly and reasonably expressed independent audit opinions.
Therefore, we unanimously agree to renew the appointment of KPMG Huazhen Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) as the financial audit institution and internal control audit institution in 2022, and agree to submit the proposal to the 17th meeting of the third board of directors for deliberation.
