Chalkis Health Industry Co.Ltd(000972) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) hired ZTE caiguanghua Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) as the audit institution of the company in 2021, and ZTE caiguanghua Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) issued an unqualified audit report with significant uncertainties of continuous operation for the company’s 2021 financial report.
The board of supervisors of the company believes that the above audit opinions objectively and truly reflect the actual financial situation of the company and reveal the continuous operation risks of the company, and agrees with the special instructions of the board of directors on the matters involved in the audit report with unqualified opinions in 2021 with significant uncertainty of continuous operation. The board of supervisors will continue to pay attention to and supervise the company’s board of directors and management to actively take effective measures to improve the company’s sustainable operation ability and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the company and the majority of investors.
