Announcement on the company’s application for comprehensive credit line from the bank

In order to meet the needs of the company’s production and operation, Beijing Supermap Software Co.Ltd(300036) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) held the 10th meeting of the 5th board of directors on March 23, 2022. The meeting deliberated and adopted the proposal on the company’s application for comprehensive credit line from the bank. The details are as follows:
It is agreed that the company shall apply to China Merchants Bank Co.Ltd(600036) Beijing Branch for a comprehensive credit line with the maximum limit of no more than RMB 100 million, the validity period of the credit line shall not exceed 2 years, and the guarantee method is credit guarantee;
It is agreed that the company shall apply to Hua Xia Bank Co.Limited(600015) for a comprehensive credit line with the maximum limit of no more than RMB 100 million, the validity period of the credit line shall not exceed 2 years, and the guarantee method is credit guarantee;
It is agreed that the company applies to Bank Of Beijing Co.Ltd(601169) Beijing Centergate Technologies (Holding) Co.Ltd(000931) branch for comprehensive credit with the maximum limit of no more than RMB 100 million, the validity period of the credit line is no more than 2 years, and the guarantee method is credit guarantee;
The credit line applied above shall be subject to the credit line actually approved by the bank. The specific financing amount will be determined according to the actual needs of the company’s working capital, and the actual financing amount between the bank and the company shall prevail.
The board of directors authorizes the legal representative of the company or the authorized agent designated by the legal representative to handle relevant procedures and sign relevant contracts and documents on behalf of the company within the above credit line.
The company’s application for bank credit line does not need to be submitted to the general meeting of shareholders for deliberation.
