Announcement on the election of non independent directors of the 5th board of directors

Beijing Supermap Software Co.Ltd(300036) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) held the 10th meeting of the 5th board of directors on March 23, 2022, deliberated and adopted the proposal on the election of non independent directors of the 5th board of directors, and agreed to elect Ms. Du Qinge (see the resolution announcement of the 10th meeting of the 5th board of directors for her resume) as a non independent director of the 5th board of directors of the company, with a term of office from the date of deliberation and approval of the general meeting of shareholders to the date of expiration of the term of the 5th board of directors.
Since joining the company in July 2000 and working till now, Ms. Du Qinge applied for resignation as director and deputy general manager of the company due to physical reasons on January 28, 2019. After resignation, Ms. Du Qinge still served as chief development officer of the company. During her term of office, Ms. Du Qinge is dedicated and has outstanding abilities in enterprise operation management, corporate governance and development strategy. She has rich management experience and is familiar with the relevant business of the company. She is qualified to serve as a director of a listed company. Now, due to the needs of the company’s operation and development, the board of directors of the company plans to nominate Ms. Du Qinge again as a candidate for non independent director of the Fifth Board of directors of the company.
The independent directors express their consent on the election of non independent directors, and the above matters of the election of non independent directors need to be submitted to the general meeting of shareholders of the company for deliberation.
