Announcement on the remuneration scheme of senior managers

Shenzhen Jingquanhua Electronics Co.Ltd(002885) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) formulates the remuneration scheme for senior managers of the company in accordance with the articles of association, detailed rules for the work of the remuneration and assessment committee and other relevant systems, in combination with the factors such as the company’s business scale, actual situation and job contribution, and with reference to the remuneration level of the industry and region. The remuneration plan for senior managers has been deliberated and adopted at the first meeting of the Fourth Board of directors of the company, and the specific situation is hereby announced as follows:

Senior managers of the company receive salary according to their specific management positions in the company and relevant salary regulations of the company, which is mainly composed of basic salary and performance salary.

3. Application period: from the date of deliberation and approval of this plan to the date of expiration of this board of directors

2、 Other provisions

1. The salaries of the company’s senior managers are paid on a monthly basis.

2. If the senior management of the company leaves office due to the change of term, re-election, resignation during the term of office and other reasons, the salary shall be calculated and paid according to their actual term of office.

3. The above salaries are pre tax amounts, and the individual income tax involved shall be uniformly withheld and paid by the company.

4. In accordance with relevant laws and regulations and the articles of association, the above-mentioned remuneration scheme for senior managers shall come into force on the date of deliberation and approval by the board of directors.
