1. Remuneration scheme for directors of the company
(1) Remuneration scheme for non independent directors
Directors holding specific management positions in the company receive corresponding remuneration according to their positions. Their remuneration consists of salary and performance appraisal income. Among them, the salary is determined by the company in combination with the industry salary level, post responsibilities and performance. The performance appraisal income is linked to the company's annual operation and personal performance; The post allowance for directors who do not hold management positions is 80000 yuan / year before tax.
(2) Remuneration scheme for independent directors
The post allowance of independent directors of the company is RMB 100000 / year before tax.
2. Remuneration scheme for supervisors of the company
Supervisors who work in the company receive corresponding remuneration according to their actual positions. Their remuneration consists of salary and performance appraisal income. Among them, the salary is determined by the company in combination with the industry salary level, post responsibilities and performance. The performance appraisal income is linked to the company's annual operation and personal performance; The post allowance of external supervisors (refers to supervisors who do not hold specific positions within the company) is 60000 yuan / year before tax.
3. Compensation scheme for senior management of the company
The salary of the company's senior managers is subject to the annual salary system, which is composed of salary and performance appraisal income. The salary is determined by the company in combination with the industry salary level, post responsibilities and performance. The performance appraisal income is linked to the company's annual operation and personal performance.
4、 Other provisions
1. The remuneration of directors, supervisors and senior managers of the company shall be paid on a monthly basis;
2. If the directors, supervisors and senior managers of the company leave their posts due to change of office, re-election, resignation during their term of office and other reasons, the remuneration shall be calculated and paid according to their actual term of office;
3. The above salaries are pre tax amounts, and the individual income tax involved shall be uniformly withheld and paid by the company.
