Mr. Guan Qingyou resigned as an independent director of the ninth board of directors of the company for personal reasons and did not hold other positions in the company after his resignation. Mr. Guan Qingyou does not hold shares of the company, has no differences of opinion with the company and the board of directors, and has no matters to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the company.
