1. The allowance system is implemented for independent directors. The allowance standard paid by the company to independent directors is RMB 100000 per person per year. The specific standard and payment form are subject to the company’s measures for the administration of remuneration of directors, supervisors and senior managers. The travel expenses of independent directors to attend the meetings of the board of directors and the general meeting of shareholders, as well as the transportation, accommodation and other expenses required to exercise their functions and powers in accordance with the articles of association, shall be reimbursed by the company according to the facts. 2. The remuneration of directors, supervisors and senior managers includes individual income tax, which shall be withheld and remitted by the company in accordance with relevant regulations. 3. Directors and supervisors who concurrently hold specific positions in the company or subsidiaries shall be paid according to the principle of high or low, and double calculation is not allowed. 4. If the directors, supervisors and senior managers of the company leave their posts due to change of office, re-election, resignation during their term of office and other reasons, they shall be calculated and paid according to their actual term of office. 4、 Supplementary Provisions
