Beijing New Building Materials Public Limited Company(000786) (hereinafter referred to as the company) conducted self-examination and evaluation on the establishment and improvement of the company’s internal control system, effective operation and key control activities in accordance with the rules for the preparation of information disclosure of companies offering securities to the public No. 21 – General Provisions on annual internal control evaluation report and other relevant provisions, and made the 2021 annual internal control evaluation report. As an independent director of the company, I hereby give the following independent opinions on the company’s internal control evaluation report in 2021:
1. According to the relevant regulations of China Securities Regulatory Commission and Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the company has followed the basic principles of internal control and combined with its own actual situation, established and improved the internal control system, ensured the normal and orderly operation of the company’s business activities and guaranteed the safety of the company’s property. 2. The company focused on internal control activities such as subsidiary management, related party transactions, external guarantee, use of raised funds, major investment and information disclosure, and implemented them in strict accordance with relevant systems to ensure the orderly production and operation of the company.
3. In the 2021 annual internal control evaluation report, the company introduced the important work carried out by the company to strengthen and improve the internal control, carefully self inspected the establishment, improvement and effective operation of the internal control, and truly reflected the basic situation of the company’s internal control.
To sum up, we have no objection to the company’s 2021 internal control evaluation report.
