The sixth meeting of the second session of the board of directors was held on August, and the proposal on the compensation scheme for senior managers of the company in 2022 was considered and adopted. The details are as follows:
(I) applicable object: senior managers receiving salary in the company
(II) applicable period: January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022
(III) salary scheme:
The salary of the company’s senior managers consists of basic salary and performance salary.
