Recently, the company received a notice from Beijing Xinghua on changing the signing certified public accountant and quality control reviewer. The details are as follows:
1、 Changes of certified public accountants and quality control reviewers signing the project
Due to the internal work adjustment of Beijing Xinghua, Shang Yingwei was originally appointed as the project signing certified public accountant and Shi Yanlu as the quality control reviewer. Now Xie Limin is appointed as the project signing certified public accountant and Ma Yunwei as the quality control reviewer.
2、 Basic information of certified public accountants and quality control reviewers of the project after this change
Project signing accountant: Xie Limin, a certified public accountant, has been engaged in securities business since 2012. She has been responsible for the audit of many large and medium-sized state-owned and listed companies. She has solid professional skills and rich practical experience in the audit of listed companies.
