In order to properly solve the problem of horizontal competition, Power Construction Corporation Of China Ltd(Powerchina Ltd)(601669) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) plans to replace its real estate assets with the high-quality power grid auxiliary assets (hereinafter referred to as “placed assets”) held by the controlling shareholder China Power Construction Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “this asset replacement”). This guarantee is the guarantee provided by a total of 11 target companies (including subsidiaries within the scope of their consolidated statements) to their subsidiaries or joint-stock companies or unrelated third parties in the assets placed in this asset replacement.
