According to the requirements of guidelines for information disclosure of listed companies of Shenzhen Stock Exchange No. 6 – recommendation business, Zhongtian Guofu Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhongtian Guofu securities” or “recommendation institution”) acts as a recommendation institution for continuous supervision of Tangrenshen Group Co.Ltd(002567) (hereinafter referred to as ” Tangrenshen Group Co.Ltd(002567) ” or “company”), The sponsor representative was appointed to carry out on-site training for Tangrenshen Group Co.Ltd(002567) directors, supervisors, senior managers and some middle-level and above managers on December 30, 2021. The training is as follows:
1、 Basic information of on-site training
Before the implementation of this training, the trainers of Zhongtian Guofu securities prepared training handouts and sent a notice on this training to Tangrenshen Group Co.Ltd(002567) in advance, informing Tangrenshen Group Co.Ltd(002567) of the main contents and scope of this training, Tangrenshen Group Co.Ltd(002567) actively cooperated, coordinated the time of each training object and actively participated in the training.
The training topics are: precautions for information disclosure, increase or decrease of shares of relevant subjects, identification of related parties, and interpretation of relevant provisions on raised investment projects.
During the on-site training, the trainees of Zhongtian Guofu securities interpreted the stock listing rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the guidelines for the standardized operation of listed companies of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and the detailed rules for the implementation of share reduction by shareholders, directors, supervisors and senior managers of listed companies of Shenzhen Stock Exchange; In addition, the trainers trained the shareholders’ meeting, board of directors, board of supervisors, management of directors, supervisors and senior managers, code of conduct of controlling shareholders and actual controllers, information disclosure management, major event management and social responsibility of Listed Companies in the form of a combination of laws, regulations and cases.
During the training, the trainees of Zhongtian Guofu securities answered the questions that the trainees were more concerned about.
