2. Purchaser: urban management and Transportation Bureau of Yinhai District, Beihai City;
3. Procurement agency: Beihai Yinhai district government procurement center;
4. Bid winning (transaction) amount: 196890000.00 yuan;
5. Service time: 3 years;
6.
