Fujian Snowman Co.Ltd(002639) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) has completed the development of Fujian Snowman Compressor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “snowman compressor”), Fujian Snowman refrigeration equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “snowman refrigeration”) and Fujian Snowman Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “snowman Engineering”) according to the company’s development strategy and the actual operation of its subsidiaries Fujian snowman Zhenxun Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhenxun development”) increased the capital of four wholly-owned subsidiaries, and Zhenxun development changed its legal representative.
The above capital increase is an investment in a wholly-owned subsidiary and does not constitute a related party transaction, nor does it constitute a major asset reorganization specified in the administrative measures for major asset reorganization of listed companies.
