First Capital Securities Co.Ltd(002797) (hereinafter referred to as the “issuer”) has been registered in the document “CSRC license [2021] No. 2134” of China Securities Regulatory Commission for issuing corporate bonds of no more than RMB 5 billion. First Capital Securities Co.Ltd(002797) in 2022, corporate bonds (phase I) (hereinafter referred to as “current bonds”) will be publicly issued to professional investors, with a total issuance scale of no more than 2 billion yuan (including 2 billion yuan).
On January 6, 2022, the issuer and the lead underwriter inquired about the nominal interest rate from professional investors offline. The interest rate inquiry range of variety 1 is 3.00% – 4.00%, and that of variety 2 is 3.50% – 4.50%. According to the offline inquiry results from professional investors and through consultation between the issuer and the lead underwriter, it is finally determined that the coupon rate of bond variety 1 and variety 2 is 3.30% and 3.88%.
The issuer will issue offline to professional investors on January 7, 2022 at the above coupon rate.
