1、 Meetings of the board of supervisors
Chacha Food Company Limited(002557) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the notice of the 15th meeting of the 5th board of supervisors was sent in writing and e-mail on March 12, 2022 and held in the conference room on the third floor of the company on March 17, 2022. This meeting was held on site. The meeting was presided over by Ms. song Yuhuan, chairman of the board of supervisors, and all supervisors attended the meeting on site. Three supervisors should be present at this meeting, and three actually present, which complies with the relevant provisions of the company law of the people’s Republic of China and the articles of association.
2、 Deliberation at the meeting of the board of supervisors
After deliberation and voting by all supervisors, the following proposal was unanimously adopted:
(I) the meeting adopted the company’s proposal on providing financial assistance to foreign countries with 3 affirmative votes, 0 negative votes and 0 abstention votes;
The board of supervisors of the company believes that the company’s current operation is good and its own funds are abundant. On the premise of not affecting the normal production and operation of the company, the entrusted loan provided by the bank can effectively improve the efficiency of fund use. In addition, the contents and procedures of this external financial assistance comply with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, and the scheme of providing external financial assistance is agreed.
