In the face of the complex external environment and increasingly fierce market competition, under the leadership of the company’s Party committee and board of directors, the management closely focuses on the company’s “14th five year plan” and annual business plan, relies on all employees to work together to overcome difficulties, coordinate epidemic prevention and control and business development, adhere to the general tone of seeking progress while maintaining stability, focus on the “main line” of high-quality development, fully promote transformation and upgrading, and strengthen business innovation and breakthrough, We paid close attention to the implementation of the three major projects of “customers, high-quality products and ability improvement”, creatively created the five capabilities of “investment research, wealth management, comprehensive financial services, pricing sales and compliance risk management”, and handed over a bright report card in the opening year. 3、 Remuneration of senior managers in 2021

The annual salary of the company’s senior managers is mainly composed of post salary and performance bonus. The post salary is determined according to the company’s salary system and paid on a monthly basis; The performance bonus is accrued according to the completion of the annual operation and management objectives, linked with the annual assessment results, and distributed in the next year. At the same time, the annual performance bonus of senior managers is deferred in accordance with the requirements of the securities corporate governance standards and the company’s implementation rules for deferred payment of performance bonus, and the principal and income (if any) of deferred payment of performance bonus belong to them. During the deferred payment period, if the senior management fails to be diligent and responsible, resulting in major violations of laws and regulations or major risks, the company may stop paying all or part of the unpaid deferred performance bonus.

In 2021, according to the assessment results approved at the fourth meeting of the ninth board of directors, the company determined and paid the performance bonus of senior managers in 2020, and extended part of the performance bonus in 2020 according to the regulations. In 2022, the company will determine and distribute the performance bonus of senior managers in 2021 according to the assessment results approved at the 14th meeting of the ninth board of directors, and strictly implement the deferred payment provisions.
