In order to improve the use efficiency of the company’s short-term funds and make rational use of idle funds, Nanjing Sciyon Wisdom Technology Group Co.Ltd(002380) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) deliberated and adopted the proposal on using its own funds and idle raised funds to invest in financial products at the 10th meeting of the Fifth Board of directors and the 2020 annual general meeting of shareholders, and agreed that the company’s investment risk of using its own funds of no more than 300 million yuan is controllable For financial products with high liquidity, use idle raised funds of no more than 800 million yuan to invest in short-term principal guaranteed financial products.
