1、 Prior approval opinions on the guarantee matters for additional application for comprehensive credit from financial institutions
Ji Xuewen and Kong Lingyong, the company’s related parties, intend to provide free guarantee for the company (including wholly-owned subsidiaries and holding subsidiaries) to apply for additional comprehensive credit to financial institutions without charging any fees or requiring the company to provide counter guarantee, which can solve the financing problem of the company’s operation and development, which is in line with the fundamental interests of the company and does not damage the company and all shareholders Especially the interests of non affiliated shareholders and minority shareholders. Therefore, we unanimously agree to submit this matter to the 24th Meeting of the third board of directors of the company for deliberation.
