1、 Basic information of this equity change
Landocean Energy Services Co.Ltd(300157) (hereinafter referred to as ” Landocean Energy Services Co.Ltd(300157) ” or “the company”) recently received the simplified equity change report prepared by Shandong Housen Investment Management Consulting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Housen investment”) and Yinchuan Zhongneng Xincai Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yinchuan Zhongneng”) as the information disclosure obligor, According to the above documents: 1. On December 30, 2021, Housen investment signed the voting right entrustment agreement with Yinchuan Zhongneng, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company’s shares, and Yinchuan Zhongneng irrevocably entrusted the voting rights of Landocean Energy Services Co.Ltd(300157) 66 million shares, i.e. 9.27% of the voting rights, to Housen investment within the entrustment period; 2. On January 4, 2022, according to the voting right entrustment agreement signed by Housen investment and sun Gengwen, sun Gengwen entrusted the voting rights of Landocean Energy Services Co.Ltd(300157) 35355100 shares held by him, i.e. 4.96% of the voting rights of the shares, to Housen investment within the entrustment period. After the equity change, Yinchuan Zhongneng, as an information disclosure obligor, said that it would not take the initiative to increase or reduce its shares in the listed company in the next 12 months.
