Announcement on the progress of using some idle self owned funds to purchase financial products

Xiamen Intretech Inc(002925) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) deliberated and adopted the proposal on using some idle self owned funds for cash management at the 16th meeting of the Fourth Board of directors held on December 30, 2021, and agreed that the company (including subsidiaries, the same below) would use idle self owned funds of no more than RMB 2.3 billion for cash management, and planned to purchase with high security Financial products with good liquidity and the longest investment period of a single product is no more than 12 months. The service life is 12 months from the date of deliberation and approval by the board of directors of the company. Within the above service life and limit, the funds can be used on a rolling basis. Recently, the company signed financial product agreement with China Minsheng Banking Corp.Ltd(600016) Shenzhen Branch (hereinafter referred to as ” China Minsheng Banking Corp.Ltd(600016) “) and Hua Xia Bank Co.Limited(600015) Xiamen Branch (hereinafter referred to as ” Hua Xia Bank Co.Limited(600015) “); Zhangzhou Zhonghuan Technology Co., Ltd.
