1、 Basic information of debt forgiveness
On January 5, 2018, Zhang Qingwen and Zhong Xuqiang signed the loan contract. On the same day, Boomsense Technology Co.Ltd(300312) signed the guarantee contract to guarantee the performance of all obligations under Zhang Qingwen’s loan contract. Zhang Qingwen borrowed 20 million yuan from Zhong Xuqiang, the actual loan principal was 19.1 million yuan, and the remaining loan principal was 17032689.22 yuan. Up to now, the company has accrued estimated liabilities of 28943519.78 yuan (including the remaining principal of the above loan of 17032689.22 yuan).
On January 1, 2022, Zhong Xuqiang issued an irrevocable exemption commitment letter to bangxun technology. Zhong Xuqiang promised bangxun Technology:
1. Since the effective date of this letter of commitment, bangxun technology will not be required to assume any joint and several guarantee liability or perform any other obligations for the performance of all obligations under Zhang Qingwen’s loan contract in any way.
2. I do not have any dispute or potential dispute with bangxun technology in terms of guarantee liability, liability for breach of contract, nor will I put forward any claim; If I have made relevant claims, such claims shall be revoked from the effective date of this letter of commitment; If the relevant disputes or disputes have been submitted to the court or arbitration tribunal or have been executed, I promise to submit a written request not to pursue or enforce the relevant responsibilities and property of bangxun technology to the court or arbitration tribunal within days from the effective date of this letter of commitment.
