According to the resolution of the 17th meeting of the second board of directors of Avary Holding (Shenzhen) Co.Limited(002938) (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the company”), I Zhang Milin was nominated as the candidate for independent director of the second board of directors of the company. As of the date of announcement of the notice of the company’s 2021 annual general meeting, I have not obtained the qualification certificate of independent director recognized by Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
Since I have not obtained the qualification certificate of independent director, in order to better perform the duties of independent director, I promise as follows: “I promise to participate in the latest independent director training and obtain the qualification certificate of independent director recognized by Shenzhen Stock Exchange.”
