In order to control the financial risks of the project and strengthen the independent due diligence on the financial matters of the project, the project employs Zhitong accounting firm (special general partnership) Tianjin Branch (hereinafter referred to as “Zhitong Tianjin”) as the securities firm accountant.
Established on August 22, 2019, Grant Thornton Tianjin holds the business license with the unified social credit code of 91120116ma06rn766h, and the executive partner is Yang Zhi. The contents of this recruitment service include assisting Citic Securities Company Limited(600030) to complete the financial due diligence of the project, and assisting in collecting and sorting out the working papers related to the project.
Citic Securities Company Limited(600030) has signed a formal contract with Grant Thornton Tianjin, and the relevant service fee standards are agreed in the contract, Citic Securities Company Limited(600030) shall be paid with its own funds.
In addition to the above-mentioned hiring behavior, Citic Securities Company Limited(600030) does not directly or indirectly hire other third parties with compensation.
