In accordance with the relevant provisions of the measures for the administration of securities issuance and registration of companies listed on the gem (for Trial Implementation) and the rules for the examination and approval of securities issuance and listing of companies listed on the gem of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the company’s application for issuing shares to specific objects has entered the registration link of the CSRC. The listing audit center of Shenzhen Stock Exchange forwarded the feedback on the issuance and registration link of the CSRC, asked the company to implement it and submit a reply in time. According to the requirements of the implementation letter, the company will implement relevant matters together with relevant intermediaries, and timely submit the reply to the implementation letter. The reply content will be disclosed by means of temporary announcement, and then the Shenzhen Stock Exchange will report to the CSRC to perform relevant registration procedures according to regulations.
