After consulting the company’s financial statements, notes to financial statements and the audit report on the occupation of funds by the controlling shareholders and other related parties of Changchun High And New Technology Industries (Group) Inc(000661) technology industry (Group) Co., Ltd. issued by Daxin Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership), we conducted a special verification on the external guarantee of the company. By the end of 2021, the external guarantee of the company is the guarantee of the company to its subsidiaries and the guarantee of subsidiaries to its subsidiaries. The guarantee amount of the company and its holding subsidiaries is 1.09 billion yuan, accounting for 6.32% of the company’s latest audited net assets; The actual amount of guarantee was 339 million yuan, accounting for 2.32% of the company’s latest audited net assets.
