Northeast Pharmaceutical Group Co.Ltd(000597) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) originally planned to release the 2021 annual report on the designated information disclosure media on March 17, 2022. Due to the infection of New Coronavirus pneumonia, the 2021 annual report of the company was not completed.
Based on the principle of prudence and the attitude of being responsible to the majority of investors, and in order to ensure the quality of the 2021 annual report and the accuracy of information disclosure, the 2021 annual report of the company is postponed to Thursday, March 31, 2022 after application to Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
