2、 Remuneration plan for directors and supervisors in 2022

(1) The salary of serving as an independent director in the company is 60000 yuan per year (including tax).

(2) The remuneration of non independent directors who do not hold administrative positions in the company is 48000 yuan per year (including tax); The remuneration of non independent directors holding administrative positions in the company shall be paid according to their positions, and no additional director allowance shall be received.

(3) The remuneration of supervisors who do not hold administrative positions in the company is 48000 yuan per year (including tax); Supervisors holding administrative positions in the company will receive remuneration according to their positions and will not receive additional supervisor allowance.

The independent directors of the company have expressed independent opinions on this matter. The remuneration scheme of the directors, supervisors and senior managers of the company is formulated according to the remuneration level of the industry and scale of the company and in combination with the actual operation of the company.
