Announcement of resolutions of the 20th (Interim) meeting of the ninth board of supervisors

China Tungsten And Hightech Materials Co.Ltd(000657) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the 20th (temporary) meeting of the ninth board of supervisors was held on March 15, 2022 in a combination of on-site and video. The notice of this meeting was sent to all supervisors by e-mail on March 8, 2022. Five supervisors should be present at the meeting and five actually present. The meeting was held in accordance with the relevant provisions of the company law and the articles of association. The meeting was presided over by Wen Jianyuan, chairman of the board of supervisors. After deliberation by the supervisors attending the meeting, the meeting deliberated and adopted the proposal on nominating the candidate of shareholder representative supervisor of the 10th board of supervisors.
In view of the expiration of the term of office of the ninth board of supervisors of the company, the board of supervisors of the company plans to hold a general election in accordance with the relevant provisions of the company law of the people’s Republic of China and the articles of association. The board of supervisors nominated Yan Jiayou, Xu Jiafu and Wu Lixian as candidates for shareholder representative supervisors of the 10th board of supervisors of the company, with a term of office of three years from the date of deliberation and approval by the general meeting of shareholders.
