Shenzhen Kingkey Smart Agriculture Times Co.Ltd(000048) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the board of supervisors received the written resignation letter submitted by Mr. Zhang Yongfu, the supervisor of the company, on March 14, 2022. Mr. Zhang Yongfu proposed to resign as a supervisor of the 10th board of supervisors due to job adjustment.
