Announcement on change of signature certified public accountant

Zhangzhou Pientzehuang Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd(600436) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) held the 37th meeting of the sixth board of directors on April 22, 2021 and the 2020 annual general meeting of shareholders on June 9, 2021, respectively, and deliberated and adopted the company’s proposal on renewing the appointment of accounting firms and determining their remuneration, We agree to renew the appointment of Huaxing Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) (hereinafter referred to as “Huaxing office”) as the company’s audit institution in 2021 (see Announcement No. 2021-009, 2021-011 and 2021-020 for details).
1、 Change of signature accountant
Recently, the company received the letter on changing the certified public accountant signing the 2021 annual audit report from Huaxing stock exchange. As the audit institution of the company in 2021, Huaxing office originally appointed Chen Zhen and Lin Jun as the signing certified public accountants to provide audit services for the company. In view of the work adjustment of the original signing certified public accountant Chen Zhen, in order to complete the audit of the company’s financial statements in 2021 on time and better cooperate with the company’s information disclosure in 2021, Huaxing appointed certified public accountant Tong Yigong to replace Chen Zhen and complete the relevant work of the company’s audit in 2021. The signed certified public accountants after the change are Tong Yigong and Lin Jun.

Working experience: since 1996, he has been engaged in the audit of certified public accountants, responsible for the annual audit of many listed companies, and has rich securities business experience and strong professional competence. 4. The change of the signing accountant is made due to the internal work adjustment of Huaxing office, and does not involve the change of the accounting firm employed by the company. The company’s production and operation are normal. During this change, relevant work arrangements will be handed over in an orderly manner, and the changes will not affect the company’s audit work in 2021.
