Changzhou Galaxy Century Microelectronics Co.Ltd(688689) (hereinafter referred to as ” Changzhou Galaxy Century Microelectronics Co.Ltd(688689) ” or “the company”) received the notice on accepting the application for issuing securities by companies listed on the Changzhou Galaxy Century Microelectronics Co.Ltd(688689) science and Innovation Board (szksh (refinancing) [2021] No. 128) issued by Shanghai Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “Shanghai Stock Exchange”) on December 31, 2021.
