1、 The nomination procedure of Kong Aiguo, the candidate for independent director of the 10th board of directors nominated this time, complies with relevant regulations, the candidate’s conditions meet the qualifications for serving as independent director of listed company, and can meet the requirements of the post responsibilities employed. There is no situation in Article 146 of the company law, As well as the situation that it is determined as a market prohibited person by the CSRC and the prohibition has not been lifted.
2、 Agree to nominate Kong Aiguo as the candidate for independent director of the 10th board of directors.
