After the partial share pledge was lifted, Ms. Li Jinyang accumulated 58260000 Pledged Shares, accounting for 26.55% of the company’s shares and 3.50% of the company’s total share capital.
Beijing Hanfeng ZTE Management Consulting Center (limited partnership), acting in concert with Ms. Li Jinyang (hereinafter referred to as “Hanfeng ZTE”), holds 5151 shares of the company, accounting for 3.10% of the total share capital of the company.
