Jiangsu Boamax Technologies Group Co.Ltd(002514) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) convened the 14th meeting of the 5th board of directors and the 13th meeting of the 5th board of supervisors on December 2, 2021, and the 6th extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2021 on December 20, 2021. The proposal on the sale of assets by wholly-owned subsidiaries was deliberated and adopted. Suzhou Baoxin Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Suzhou subsidiary”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, needs to adjust the planning of Suzhou Hushuguan economic and Technological Development Zone (hereinafter referred to as “economic development zone”) and upgrade the industrial land, The Economic Development Zone decides to use the main body of Suzhou New District Hi-Tech Industrial Co.Ltd(600736) Daxin science and Technology Park Development Co., Ltd. of Suzhou New District Hi-Tech Industrial Co.Ltd(600736) district to recover the state-owned transferred industrial land, ground buildings and attachments owned by Suzhou subsidiary at No. 10 Xinting Road, Suzhou New District Hi-Tech Industrial Co.Ltd(600736) district. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, both parties to the transaction have completed the registration procedures for the transfer of real property rights of the above transferred assets in accordance with the arrangement of the agreement.
