According to the daily production and operation needs of the company, it is proposed to adjust the estimated amount of some daily related party transactions of the company and its subsidiaries in 2021 by combing the daily related party transactions of the company and its subsidiaries since the beginning of 2021 and combined with the current predictable transactions. 1. After the company completed the acquisition of the equity of Jiangsu Sopo Chemical Co.Ltd(600746) New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Thorpe new material”), it was changed into a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
