Announcement on resignation of directors of the company

The board of directors and the board of supervisors of Yango Group Co.Ltd(000671) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) received a written resignation report from Mr. Jiang Jiali, a director nominated by Taikang Life Insurance Co., Ltd. and Taikang Endowment Insurance Co., Ltd. Mr. Jiang Jiali applied to the board of directors of the company for resignation as a director of the 10th board of directors of the company due to work reasons. At the same time, he will no longer serve as a member of the remuneration and assessment committee of the board of directors. After his resignation, he will not hold any other position in the company.
Mr. Jiang Jiali’s resignation as a director of the company will not cause the number of the board of directors of the company to be lower than the quorum and will not affect the normal operation of the board of directors of the company. According to the relevant provisions of the company law, the guidelines for the standardized operation of Companies listed on the main board of Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the articles of association, the resignation report will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors of the company.
