On November 4, 2021, the 16th meeting of the 8th board of supervisors considered and passed the proposal on resignation of supervisors and by election of shareholder representative supervisors, and agreed to nominate Mr. Luo Jichun as the shareholder representative supervisor of the 8th board of supervisors and submit it to the general meeting of shareholders for election. For details, see the announcement on the resolution of the 16th meeting of the 8th board of supervisors (Announcement No.: 2021-63) and the announcement on the resignation of supervisors and by election of shareholders’ representative supervisors (Announcement No.: 2021-67) published by the company on the designated information disclosure media on November 5, 2021.
On December 31, 2021, the company held the third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2021, deliberated and passed the proposal on by election of shareholder representative supervisors of the eighth board of supervisors. Mr. Luo Jichun was elected as shareholder representative supervisor of the eighth board of supervisors, and his term of office was the same as that of the eighth board of supervisors.
