According to the resolution of the 30th meeting of the 10th board of directors of China Reform Health Management And Services Group Co.Ltd(000503) (hereinafter referred to as the “company”) (hereinafter referred to as the “company”), Mr. Bai Yan and Ms. Sun Jie were nominated as candidates for the 11th independent director of the company. As of the date of issuing the notice of the general meeting of shareholders, Mr. Bai Yan and Ms. Sun Jie have not obtained the qualification certificate of independent directors recognized by Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
In order to better perform the duties of independent directors, Mr. Bai Yan and Ms. Sun Jie promise as follows: they will actively sign up for the latest training of independent directors organized by Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and promise to obtain the qualification certificate of independent directors recognized by Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
