On the evening of December 31, 2021, your company disclosed the announcement on the freezing of some bank accounts of the company, which said that due to the dispute over Anshun data center project, Kunming Sanatorium project and sales contract, many bank accounts of your company were frozen, with a cumulative frozen amount of 39.2897 million yuan, Accounting for 2.37% of the company’s latest audited net assets attributable to shareholders of listed companies. Our department is concerned about this. Please make a written explanation on the following matters: 1 Please check and specify the specific date when your company’s bank account was frozen, and indicate whether there is any situation of untimely information disclosure.

Please explain whether the frozen bank account belongs to your company’s main bank account in combination with your company’s monetary fund balance, the establishment of bank account, the specific situation of bank account freezing, the amount of collection and payment of frozen bank account in 2020, the proportion of total frozen amount in your company’s bank deposit balance, etc, Whether your company has implemented other risk warnings in article 9.4 of Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Listing Rules (revised in December 2020).
