In accordance with the relevant provisions of the standards for the governance of listed companies, the rules for independent directors of listed companies, the articles of association and the working system of independent directors, as an independent director of the company, after reviewing the qualification certificates and other relevant motion materials of zhongxinghua Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership), we believe that, Zhongxinghua Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) is qualified for securities, futures and other related businesses, and recognizes the experience and ability of zhongxinghua Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) to provide audit services for listed companies, so as to meet the requirements of the company’s audit work in 2022. The company’s proposed renewal of the accounting firm is in line with the actual situation and business development needs of the company and the relevant provisions of relevant laws, regulations and the articles of association. We agree to submit the proposal on the renewal of the accounting firm to the board of directors for deliberation.
