Hanshang Group Co.Ltd(600774) (hereinafter referred to as ” Hanshang Group Co.Ltd(600774) ” or “the company”) is a non-public offering of restricted shares.
(I) approval of non-public offering of restricted shares
On March 29, 2021, the CSRC issued the reply on approving Hanshang Group Co.Ltd(600774) non-public development of shares (zjxk [2021] No. 929), approving the company’s non-public offering of no more than 68084400 new shares.
(II) share registration time and lock up period arrangement
On September 16, 2021, the company completed the registration and custody of the new shares of this non-public offering in Shanghai Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. The new shares issued this time are tradable shares with limited sales conditions, and the sales restriction period of the shares subscribed by the issuing object is 6 months.
